Cancelling from your order page
The order confirmation page has a cancel button for as long as the order has not yet been prepared. It works from the browser you ordered with and needs no account.
Once the shop starts preparing the order the button is no longer available, and cancelling is then done by contacting us.
Changing or cancelling by contacting us
You may ask us by telephone on 2810 000 000 to change or cancel your order.
A change or cancellation can be made up to two (2) working hours before the delivery time you were given.
Your rights under the law
The above describes the shop’s own practice and does not limit whatever rights the law gives you for distance sales.
For foodstuffs and perishable goods the law provides specific exceptions. If you are unsure about a particular order, contact us and we will answer for that order.
